The pre-bankruptcy credit counseling course is designed to help you assess your financial situation and make informed decisions before filing for bankruptcy. This course is an essential first step in the bankruptcy process and must be completed before you can file your bankruptcy case.
Course Duration:
The course is required by law to be at least one hour long. You can complete it in one sitting or take breaks as needed. The system automatically saves your progress, so you can pick up where you left off at any time.

Certificate of Completion:
