Can your company file my certificate(s) with the court?

Yes! The law permits our company to file debtor education certificates with the court. We provide this service at no extra charge to either you or your attorney and we will file the certificates within about one day of course completion. For an additional $14.95/household, you can also select to have your certificate(s) rush filed with the court (within two hours during our business hours, Monday through Sunday). This is especially helpful if your filing deadline is approaching.

I already took a credit counseling course. Do I have to take another course?

Yes, you are required to take one course before you file for bankruptcy and a second course, debtor education, after you file. 

Do I have to take this course when the customer service lines are open?

No. You can take our course by phone or online 24/7. The course is available at all times.

How can I pay for this course?

We accept credit, debit and pre-paid debit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also apply for a fee waiver.

Can another person pay for the course for me?

Yes-as long as you get the other person's permission. You can enter their credit/debit card information on the payment page.
