POST BANKRUPTCY COURSE

Post-bankruptcy involves implementing a court-approved plan to repay debts or liquidate assets.

Your bankruptcy course solution

This course is required before your Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy case can be discharged. If you have already filed for bankruptcy and have a bankruptcy case number assigned by the court, please click "Start A New Course" to sign up.

This course is offered in partnership with APFSC, and there are other approved courses that also fulfill this requirement. About the Course

Our Certificate:
Our debtor education certificate fulfills the personal financial management course requirement for both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filers. This course must be completed after filing your bankruptcy case. Once you finish the online course, you can immediately print or download your certificate. Additionally, we will email your certificate to you and your attorney.

Filing of Certificates:
At the end of the course, we will ask if you would like us to file your certificate with the court. We are able to electronically file your certificate within one business day of course completion (usually sooner). There is no additional charge for this standard filing service. If you need faster service, you can choose to rush the filing for $14.85 per household, and we will submit your certificate to the court within two hours during business hours.

Course Duration:
The course is required by law to be at least two hours long. You can complete it all in one session or take breaks as needed. The system saves your progress automatically, so you can resume where you left off whenever you return.

Cost:
The internet-based course costs only $36 per household, and there is no extra charge for married couples filing jointly. We offer a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course, you can receive a full refund up until the point your certificate is generated.

Prefer to Take the Course by Phone?
If you prefer to take the course over the phone, you can start the phone-based course immediately by calling 1-800-717-9789 (available 24/7).

Joint Filers:
Married couples filing jointly may take the course together or separately. Either way, separate certificates will be issued for each spouse.

Read-Along Audio Course:
For just $4.95 per household, you can choose to have the course read aloud to you as you progress through the modules. You can pause and replay the audio as much as you need to fully understand the content.
